Aquascape is hosting beginner training sessions in February and March and we’d love for YOU to join us as we seek to better our business!

About In-Field Construction Training for Foremen and Laborers
This hands-on training course is designed for foremen and laborers of all experience levels working with Aquascape products. Whether you’re new to water features or looking to sharpen your crew’s skills, this is the perfect opportunity to prepare your entire team before the season begins.
The course will be taught in both English and Spanish—bring your whole crew!
Training takes place in the “sandbox” training area and the construction area of Aquascape, with outdoor sessions if weather permits. Instruction is led by experienced professionals and focuses on real-world, build-site scenarios.
Foremen Focus – Leadership & Technical Skills
Foremen will receive training on:
- Jobsite leadership and crew communication
- Upselling opportunities during projects
- Best practices for homeowner interaction
- Jobsite safety procedures
- Boulder strapping and secure placement
- Liner patching and seaming techniques
- Proper use of foam for water control
- Project sequencing and efficiency
- Steps to completing a water feature successfully
Laborer Focus – Hands-On Builds
Laborers will gain practical experience by building:
- A fountainscape
- A Pondless® Waterfall
- An ecosystem pond
You’ll work with real materials and tools to practice excavation, plumbing, liner installation, rock placement, and finishing techniques under direct supervision.
