Our gorgeous koi pond and revolving brook speak for themselves. But the staff at Garden State Koi didn’t simply do the work and disappear. Their ongoing pond servicing is top-of-the-line! Our technicians Jason and Roberto are friendly, handy, creative, timely and more than happy to engage with us and answer questions during their visits. Even the fish they’ve restocked for us showed up smiling. There simply is no better choice!

Aside from building really really nice ponds for folks, having an incredible selection of water plants, fish, decorative sculptures, rocks, pumps/filters, food, and water treatments for ponds - the customer service at Garden State Koi is remarkable! Everyone there is friendly and willing to take their time to really help you, not rush you or push a sale. Tom has been on the phone with me, talked with me in the store, and has been an invaluable resource/support as I try to figure out how to balance the water quality in my pond.
