As a current Garden State Koi customer, you already know how important it is to maintain your water feature for the health of your fish, plants, and overall enjoyment. To help you prepare for the season, our team at Garden State Koi is excited to offer our Spring Drain and Clean Services. This comprehensive service ensures that your pond is looking its best and functioning optimally all season long. (Applicable to current customer with existing pond)
Each water feature cleaning includes:
Drain, rinse, and start the refill of the pond.
Remove pond sludge, excess debris, and leaves.
Remove fish from the pond and store in sanitized holding tanks.
Clean and power wash the entire water feature.
Clean up or cut back plants for healthy growth.
Observe fish health.
Inspect the lighting.
Clean and vacuum skimmer and BioFalls filters.
Service and clean filtration system and pumps.
Reconnect pumps after servicing.
Inspect water quality, pump, and filters.
Make any recommendations for improvements or repairs.
New Homeowner Service

Each mid-summer service includes:
Clean and maintain filtration systems including the IonGen System, UV, or canister filter.
Rinse and wash filter mats.
Remove debris from the pond and filter.
Fertilize potted marginals or lilies.
Clean up or cut back plants for healthy growth.
Observe fish health.
Inspect water quality and perform treatments.
Remove or treat for string algae.
Add beneficial bacteria
Reconnect pumps after servicing.
Inspect water quality, pump, and filters.
Refill the pond.
Make any recommendations for improvements or repairs.
