On a half-acre Summit property, a 6-by-8 or 8-by-11 ecosystem pond with a short, energetic waterfall reads far better than a large pond pressed against a property line. Compact does not mean compromised: the filtration, skimmer, and circulation are the same professional components, just sized to the water volume.

Siting matters more than size. We place the feature where it is seen and heard from where you actually spend time, and we angle the falls so the sound carries toward the patio rather than toward the neighbour's bedroom window. On a lot this close-knit that is a real design decision, not a detail.

Summit is where equipment access most often sets the plan. Four- or five-foot side yards, no rear gate, mature root systems, and shared driveways are all common. We survey the route to the back yard before quoting, so the price reflects the machine that can genuinely get there.
