Call to schedule →Waterfall & Stream Issues
Waterfall flowing weak, splashing wrong, or running dry on one side? Most waterfall problems trace back to liner shifting, debris, or pump sizing. We diagnose and fix.
Call to schedule →Pump Failures & Noise
Pump humming but not pumping? Loud rattle? Not turning on? We troubleshoot, repair, or replace pumps from any major brand.
Call to schedule →Filtration Problems
Skimmer clogged? BioFalls overflowing? Water cloudy or green despite filtration? We service all major filtration systems including Aquascape Skimmers and BioFalls units.
Call to schedule →Algae & Water Quality
Persistent string algae, green water, or fish stress? Sometimes the fix is simple, sometimes it's a system rebalance. We diagnose root causes, not symptoms.

How Pond Repair Service Works
Call Us
Call 845-651-4100 and tell us what's going on. Most issues we can roughly diagnose over the phone, which helps us bring the right gear to your visit.
We Schedule the Visit
Service calls are typically scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks of contact, depending on season. Emergencies (active leaks, pump failures with fish at risk) get priority slotting.
On-Site Diagnosis
A technician arrives, walks the system, and identifies the actual cause of the problem (not just the symptom). For most issues, the diagnosis takes 30 to 60 minutes.
Repair or Quote
Simple repairs (pump replacement, leak patch, plumbing fix) are completed on the spot when parts are available. Larger repairs (liner rebuild, filtration overhaul, waterfall rework) get a written quote so you can decide.
Already Have a Pond? We'll Take Care of It.
A common assumption is that pond builders only service ponds they originally installed. We don't work that way. About a third of our service calls are on ponds Garden State Koi didn't build. The original installer may be retired, out of business, or just not available. We're happy to step in.
We can service Aquascape-built systems, custom rock ponds, preformed pond liners, formal koi ponds, and Recreational Ponds. The first visit is a diagnosis, not a sales pitch. We'll tell you what's actually wrong, what it'll cost to fix, and whether it's worth fixing. No pressure, no obligation.
Want to Skip the Repairs Entirely?
Most pond problems are preventable with regular maintenance. Our Maintenance Membership covers spring openings, fall closings, monthly check-ins, and priority service slotting if something does go wrong.
