- How to work with outside editors to take the backend of content creation off your plate
- Proper shooting techniques to give your content the best chance of being seen and ultimately going viral
- Understanding how to use analytics to drive your content
- Greg Wittstock, The Pond Guy’s vlogging blueprint
About Vision and Leadership
Greg Wittstock pulls back the curtain on what it really takes to lead.
We’ll cover the 4 critical roles of every leader:
- Guard the culture – Your culture is your brand. If you don’t protect it, nobody will.
- Cast the vision – If you don’t know where you’re going, how will your team follow?
- Tell your story – People buy you before they buy your product. Learn how to market the mission.
- Run a profitable business – Being passionate is great. But passion without profit? That’s just a hobby.
No corporate buzzwords. No theory. Just real talk from the trenches—what’s worked (and what hasn’t) after 30+ years building Aquascape.
If you want to lead with purpose, grow your business, and build a team that believes in the mission—this is where you start.
